The family of my friend Patricia was moving and needed to offload about thirty-five years worth of items. Since liquidating stuff on eBay, Craig’s List, OfferUp, and Amazon is a hobby of mine, I couldn’t resist taking all of that stuff. The experience was very eye-opening to say the least, and I had to make around five trips to transport the stuff.
Some notable items in which I was most very surprised that actually sold were of the following:
- ATI video card from the early 2000s with a broken fan
- Sharp VCR with a malfunctioning tape eject mechanism
- 2002 Samsung 19.4 CRT Monitor which had lost a bit of brightness
- 2009 MacBook Pro box w/Discs (No laptop)
- Malfunctioning HP laptop from around 2007
- Early 2000s Linksys router
- A TI calculator from the 1980s with corroded battery contacts
