Dried Pasta & Other Dried Noodles
Set the timer for 2 or 3 minutes on low pressure. When the timer ends, immediately release the steam in a well-ventilated area such as under the kitchen hood with the fans going or outside.
Chicken Broth
I prefer to use drumstick bones and the residual meat that I haven’t taken the extra effort to remove. After dumping the bones in the pot, I add water until its level is about 3/4ths of the pot. I use the high pressure cook setting and set the timer to 35 minutes. Once the timer ends, I let the broth simmer for an additional 1.5-2 hours from the residual heat and pressure.
Rice
Fill water to the point in which it’s only about 1 cm above the rice. Use the default rice preset and after the timer ends, let the rice bake for about 20 minutes to achieve restaurant-level quality texture.
