I was hanging out with my friend Wing during his birthday and one of the places he wanted to go was The Commons at Federal Way because he had never been there before. When strolling through the mall, we encountered a fly infested orange juice vending machine. I can’t say I was totally surprised since the mall was a bit in decline with many vacancies and the degrading of the social economic status of a significant portion of the local residence.
